**Role Description**

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in Sales and Business Development
- Strong understanding of medical equipment and the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Previous experience in medical equipment sales is a plus
