**Responsibilities**:

- **Medical Consultation**:

- Perform consultations with patients interested in aesthetic procedures and hair transplants.
- Assess patient needs and goals, and recommend appropriate treatments or procedures.
- Explain medical procedures, risks, benefits, and alternatives to patients.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.
- **Sales and Customer Service**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for potential patients.
- Educate patients about available treatments and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential patients.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Close sales by effectively communicating treatment options and pricing.
- **Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate with other medical and non-medical staff to ensure seamless patient care.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies and materials.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Handle scheduling of consultations and follow-up appointments.
- Assist with inventory management of medical supplies and products.

**Qualifications**:

- **Medical Qualifications**:

- Medical degree from an accredited institution.
- Board certification in dermatology, plastic surgery, or a related field preferred.
- Valid medical license to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience in medical sales or consultation, preferably in aesthetics or hair transplantation.
- Strong understanding of cosmetic procedures, skincare products, and hair restoration techniques.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with patients.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) and other office software.
