**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct patient examinations and obtain medical histories.
- Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and chronic conditions under physician supervision.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work, X-rays, and MRIs.
- Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state and facility regulations.
- Assist in surgical procedures and perform minor procedures (e.g., suturing, wound care).
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment plans.
- Document patient encounters and treatment plans accurately in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain compliance with medical protocols, legal requirements, and ethical standards.

**Required Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Valid state licensure as a Physician Assistant.
- Certification from the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).
- BLS/ACLS certification (as required by facility).
- Excellent clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR/EMR).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
