We are looking for an enthusiastic, results driven, and highly motivated Marketing Executive to join our team. The marketing executive will play a pivotal role in planning, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns while helping to develop strategies that enhance brand awareness and contribute to the overall growth of business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Market Research**: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities and customer preferences. Help identify target audiences and tailor marketing initiatives to meet their interest and needs.
- **Social Media Marketing**:Manage and grow the company's social media presence on platforms like instagram, linkedin and others. Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting of relevant content.
- **Event Coordination**: Assist in the organization and promotion of marketing events, product launches and trade shows. Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful event execution.
- **Brand Management**: Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels. Support in creating and maintaining marketing collateral including brochures, presentations and digital assets.
- **Collaboration and Team Work**: Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, design and product management to align marketing efforts with business goals.

**Skills and Qualifications required**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business communications or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in marketing
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and strategies
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with content management systems (CMS), SEO and google analytics

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
