**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Video Editing**: Edit and produce high-quality videos for YouTube, including cutting, trimming, color correction, sound design, and adding graphics and effects to create engaging content.
- **Thumbnail Creation**: Design visually striking and clickable thumbnails that align with the brand and capture audience attention.
- **Content Enhancement**: Work closely with content creators to understand the tone, style, and objectives of each video, ensuring consistent quality and relevance.
- **Video Optimization**: Edit videos with consideration to YouTube's best practices for SEO, such as including relevant keywords, proper formatting, and attention-grabbing intros.
- **Project Management**: Handle multiple projects and deadlines efficiently while maintaining high standards of work.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Proficiency in Video Editing Software**: Strong knowledge of tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve. Familiarity with After Effects for advanced animations is a plus.
- **YouTube Thumbnail Design**: Experience in designing thumbnails using tools like Photoshop, Canva, or similar software, with a focus on optimization for engagement.
- **Creative Eye**: Ability to understand branding, visual storytelling, and audience engagement strategies to create compelling content.
- **Attention to Detail**: Precision in editing and ensuring the highest level of visual quality in both video and thumbnails.
- **Experience with YouTube**: Understanding of YouTube’s content policies, SEO practices, and trends in video content that drive views and engagement.
- **Excellent Communication**: Ability to work remotely with teams, manage feedback, and communicate clearly and efficiently.
- **Self-motivated**: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work environment.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in creating videos and thumbnails for YouTube channels, particularly in **Daily Vlogging**.
- A portfolio showcasing your video editing skills and thumbnail designs.
- Familiarity with YouTube analytics and using data to drive video content decisions.
