**Responsibilities**
- Manage estimation of all the civil works projects in a typical EPC project for the oil and gas industry.
- Good knowledge of site operations/project management for understanding the nature and scope of the LSTK/EPC projects in Oil and Gas projects.

- Examination of the tender documents, concentrating on understanding the specific expectations of the client, as well as the relative deadlines and proposal submission requirements.
- Ensuring all product range is registered & pre-qualified with all Oil & Gas Vendor Data base & ensure the prequalification done with all EPC Contractors as well as oil & gas companies.
- To send RFQs to potential vendors and subcontractors for budgetary estimates and prepare commercial comparatives to support bid proposals;
- Cost estimation of project based on P&IDs.
- Good knowledge of P&ID and plant equipment layout
- Should have knowledge of various engineering codes and standards like ASME, API, etc
- Prepare and review of sub-part specifications and technical discussion with vendors
- Review of vendor proposals, drawings, specifications and finalization of specifications.
- Undertake regular site visits to learn the new and ongoing work scopes technically and financially. Study the site conditions and productivity parameters to accurately estimate the jobs

**Job Requirement**
- Experience of 10-15 years in handling estimations of various civil works in projects of EPC nature
