We are seeking a highly organized Logistics Executive to join our team. As a Logistics Executive, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the movement of goods and materials throughout the supply chain. You will play a vital role in optimizing logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation, and maintaining effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan and coordinate logistics operations to ensure the timely and efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers.
- Manage the transportation of goods, including negotiating contracts, selecting carriers, and arranging shipments.
- Optimize logistics processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-effective solutions.
- Track and trace shipments, providing regular updates to internal stakeholders and customers.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and logistics activities using appropriate software systems.
- Coordinate customs clearance and documentation requirements for international shipments, ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.
- Manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and carriers, including resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.
- Analyze logistics data, generate reports, and provide insights to support decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all logistics activities.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Fresher or experience both can apply.
- Strong knowledge of logistics operations, including transportation modes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing logistics documentation and records.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
- Knowledge of lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

- Surat, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
