We are currently seeking a Quality Inspector, who has the same desire to

prove that industry can do it

At Fives we all have a part to play in achieving our common purpose. Your

role will be:

- Study Technical drawings/specifications and instructions to

comprehend the quality expectations for the product and supplies
- Select product/sample and check them using appropriate methods

(measuring dimensions, testing functionality, comparing to

specifications etc.)
- Use measuring & testing instruments/machines to perform inspection &
testing.
- Inspect & approve or reject raw materials/finished products/equipment

with respect to quality standards and record supplier performance
- Maintain records of testing, information and various metrics.
- Monitor the Calibration of instrument and if they are well-maintained

and discard any that doesn’t meet requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports to the quality manager.
- Take up new vendor registration, shop assessment and quality rating

for existing vendors as a continuous process.
- Prepare Quality and Test Plan, Non-Conformance reports.
- Coordinate with vendors, Colleagues and clients/Consultants on QA/QC

matters.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes (Fabrication & machining).
- Knowledge of WPS, PQR and NDT testing procedure.
- Knowledge of surface preparation & Painting.
- Knowledge of machining symbols.
- Knowledge about materials & standards.
- To be fluent in English - Write, Speak and Talk
- Spoken Hindi must
