Our mission is to capture the essence of political movements, campaigns, and events through compelling photography and videography. We are looking for a talented and passionate Photographer and Videographer to join our team and help us tell powerful stories that inspire and inform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coverage**: Attend and document political events, rallies, press conferences, and campaign activities.
- **Photography**: Capture high-resolution photographs that tell a story, focusing on key moments, emotions, and interactions.
- **Videography**: Film high-quality video footage, including interviews, speeches, and event highlights.
- **Editing**: Edit photos and videos to create polished, professional content for various platforms.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the marketing and communications team to ensure visual content aligns with the firm's objectives and messaging.
- **Equipment Maintenance**: Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment to ensure it is always in optimal condition.
- **Creative Input**: Contribute creative ideas and suggestions to enhance the visual storytelling of political events.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photographer and Videographer, preferably with a focus on political events or journalism.
- Proficient in using professional photography and videography equipment.
- Strong editing skills using software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Excellent eye for detail and composition.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.
- A portfolio showcasing your photography and videography work.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Degree in Photography, Videography, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience working in political campaigns or related environments.
- Familiarity with current trends and best practices in visual storytelling for political events.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Freelance
Contract length: 11 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
