**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in **concept development, space planning, and design execution** for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Create detailed **CAD drawings, 3D renderings, and presentations** to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Collaborate with **senior designers, architects, and project managers** to ensure seamless execution of design projects.
- Source and select **materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories** that align with the design vision.
- Conduct **site visits and coordinate with contractors and vendors** to ensure design accuracy and quality control.
- Stay updated with **industry trends, new materials, and emerging technologies** to bring fresh perspectives to projects.

**Requirements**:
✔ Masters**’s degree in Interior Design from a top design college (e.g., NID, CEPT, JJ School of Arts, Raffles, ISDI, or equivalent).**
✔ **Minimum 3 years of experience** in interior design, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
✔ Proficiency in **AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, V-Ray, Photoshop, and other relevant design software**.
✔ Strong knowledge of **materials, finishes, and furniture selection**.
✔ Excellent **space planning, color theory, and aesthetic sense**.
✔ Ability to work in a **fast-paced, deadline-driven environment**.
✔ Strong **communication and presentation skills** to effectively convey design concepts.
