Client Service Executive for Signage Manufacturing Signage

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, orders, and feedback.
- Understand clients' needs and provide suitable solutions and recommendations.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure client requirements and timelines are met.
- Handle client complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Maintain and update client records, track project progress, and provide regular status updates.
- Assist in developing client service strategies to enhance customer experience and retention.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Good knowledge of the signage manufacturing process is an advantage.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
