**Job Description of Lead IT Recruiter : -**
- Managing end to end recruitment for various clients.
- Sourcing & scrutinizing the profiles basis the requirements using various tools such as job boards, social media, networking & headhunting.
- Ensuring that profiles are sourced, screened, validated & shared with hiring managers within the agreed timelines.
- Must be attentive to details / detail oriented.
- Updating the ATS as well as other VMS tools with relevant information.
- Scheduling the interviews with hiring managers & client stakeholders.
- Conducting interviews

**Salary**: ₹100,000.00 - ₹215,000.00 per year
