**About Us**:
Modem Ad Agency Pvt. Ltd. is a fast-growing advertising and media agency specializing in OOH, digital branding, creative strategy, and ATL/BTL campaigns. We work with some of the most dynamic brands across India, delivering visually compelling designs and high-impact advertising solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and edit static and dynamic creatives using Adobe Photoshop.
- Design outdoor media artwork such as hoardings, wall wraps, banners, standees, etc.
- Collaborate with the creative team and account managers to understand project requirements.
- Ensure design consistency, brand guidelines, and high visual standards across all creatives.
- Work on quick revisions and tight deadlines while maintaining quality output.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, techniques, and tools.

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in **Adobe Photoshop** (knowledge of Illustrator and CorelDRAW is a plus).
- 1-3 years of experience in a design or advertising agency environment.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills and previous work.
- Attention to detail, creativity, and time management.
- Ability to take feedback and turn around revisions quickly.
- Good communication skills and team spirit.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹16,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Adobe Photoshop: 3 years (required)
- CorelDraw: 2 years (preferred)
