Join our dynamic team at **Flurn** and inspire students through the joy of dance We're looking for passionate and energetic instructors to lead **Bollywood and Hip-Hop group classes** at residential communities in your neighborhood.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct engaging and structured **group dance classes** (Bollywood & Hip-Hop) at nearby apartment complexes.
- Follow **Flurn’s proven teaching methodology** to deliver a high-quality learning experience for every student.
- Use the **Flurn Teacher Partner App** to manage your schedule, track attendance, and stay connected with students.
- Ensure all classes start **on time** and are conducted as per the agreed schedule.
- A **genuine passion for teaching** Modern Dance forms, especially Bollywood and Hip-Hop.
- **2+ years of experience** teaching both kids and adults in group settings.
- Interest in taking up **part-time teaching opportunities** while earning by doing what you love.
- Willingness to **follow structured course outlines** and maintain teaching standards set by Flurn.
- Flexibility and availability to **travel to multiple Flurn learning centers or neighborhood venues** as needed.
