- Develop personalized lesson plans and teaching strategies based on students' strengths, weaknesses, and learning styles.
- Assist students with homework assignments, projects, and exam preparation.
- Monitor students' progress and adjust teaching methods as needed to address any difficulties or challenges they encounter.
- Encourage active participation and critical thinking skills through engaging in discussions and activities.
- Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes academic growth and self confidence.
- Communicate regularly with students and their parents or guardians to discuss progress, concerns, and goals.
- Stay informed about curriculum changes, academic standards, and best practices in education.

- Proven experience as a tutor, teacher, or educator, preferably working with students in the relevant age group.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and build positive relationships with students.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students succeed academically. Ability to adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning needs and abilities.
- Organizational skills and the ability to plan lessons effectively and manage time efficiently.
- Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate students' availability, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
- Familiarity with educational technology and resources for enhancing learning experiences.
- Commitment to upholding ethical standards and maintaining confidentiality in all interactions with students and their families.

**Salary**: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
