The company has a capacity of handling over 12 lakhs liters of milk every day, with over 4500 milk societies, 25000 milk producers and over 30 chillers. The company is managed by Mr. Keshav Prasad Dixit (Founder & Managing Director), Mrs. Kusum Lata Dixit (Director - Finance & Operations), Mr. Manish Dixit (Director - Business Development) and Mrs. Shweta Dixit (Director - Operations & Administration).

Role Description

Milan Dairy Foods Private Limited is looking for a Sales officer to join their team in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Sales officer will be responsible for managing the sales operations of the company in the region, developing and executing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Officer will also be responsible for managing the sales team, monitoring performance, and providing feedback and guidance.
- Strong knowledge of sales operations and strategies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Ability to analyze data and make decisions
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in Horeca Sales.
- We are hiring for Delhi/NCR.
- Must have experience in Horeca Sales.

**Salary**: From ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
