**Position**: Purchase Executive
**Educational Qualification**: Graduate

**Responsibilities**:

- **Payment Schedule Management**: Oversee and manage the payment schedules for all procurement activities to ensure timely payments and maintain healthy relationships with vendors.
- **Direct & Indirect Purchase**: Handle the procurement of both direct and indirect materials, ensuring that all purchases are in line with company standards and requirements.
- **Purchase Order (PO) Creation**: Regularly create and manage Purchase Orders (POs) for all necessary materials and services.
- **Departmental Coordination**: Work closely with other departments to obtain necessary design and other approvals, ensuring seamless procurement operations.
- **Vendor Negotiation**: Lead negotiations with vendors to secure the best prices, terms, and conditions for the company.
- **Vendor Development**: Identify and develop new vendors to enhance the company's supply chain and ensure a diverse and reliable supplier base.
- **Material Follow-Up**: Diligently follow up with vendors to ensure materials are delivered on time and meet the required specifications.
- **Timely Material Delivery**: Ensure the timely delivery of materials to avoid any disruption in production or other business operations.
- **Vendor Management**: Maintain and manage relationships with all vendors, ensuring high standards of service and continuous improvement.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with different departments.
- Experience in vendor management and development.
- Proficiency in managing payment schedules and creating Purchase Orders.
- A proactive approach to following up on material deliveries and ensuring timely completion of procurement tasks.
