Key Responsibilities:

- **Customer Service**:

- Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and welcoming for customers.
- **Inventory and Stock Management**:

- Oversee stock levels, including ordering new inventory and handling stock replenishment.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve any discrepancies.
- Implement proper storage and organization of goods.
- **Sales and Performance Monitoring**:

- Achieve sales targets and encourage employees to meet their goals.
- Track store performance, analyze sales data, and report to upper management.
- Organize promotions and other sales-boosting activities.
- **Store Operations**:

- Handle cash registers, process transactions, and manage financial records when necessary.
