**Reports To**: Floor Supervisor / Store Manager

**Job Role**:
To assist customers in selecting ready-made garments, ensure proper display and stock maintenance, and deliver excellent customer service to boost sales.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Welcome customers and help them choose garments
- Share product details - size, fabric, price, etc.
- Suggest matching or additional items (upselling)
- Maintain clean and attractive garment displays
- Check stock, tag items, and update as needed
- Support during billing and packing
- Handle customer queries politely
- Report customer feedback to supervisor

**Requirements**:

- **Education**: 10th pass and above
- **Experience**: 1+ year in garment retail preferred

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
