**Job Description / Responsibilities**
- As a Quality Control Executive for our Sports Wear brand, you will be responsible for ensuring that our garments meet the highest quality standards throughout the production process. You will conduct thorough inspections, implement quality control procedures, and collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to maintain product excellence.
- Perform detailed quality inspections at various stages of garment production, including fabric inspection, pre-production, in-line inspections, and final inspections.
- Conduct thorough quality checks on fabrics, trims, and accessories to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
- Identify and address any quality issues, deviations, or defects in a timely manner, communicating with suppliers, production teams, and other stakeholders to rectify and prevent reoccurrence.
- Develop and maintain quality control procedures and guidelines, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and company standards.
- Collaborate with the production team to implement quality control measures and monitor their effectiveness.
- Create and maintain quality control reports, documenting inspection findings, non-conformities, and corrective actions taken.
- Train and educate production staff on quality control procedures, standards, and requirements.
- Bachelor's degree.
- 1-2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the garment manufacturing industry.
- In-depth knowledge of garments, fabrics, trims, and quality control procedures.
- Familiarity with quality control tools, methodologies, and statistical analysis techniques.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to quality assurance.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve quality issues effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
