Stitching Incharge - Job Description (Short Notes)

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise stitching operations and ensure timely production.
- Maintain stitching quality standards and inspect finished garments.
- Allocate tasks and manage stitching team efficiently.
- Train workers to improve stitching techniques and efficiency.
- Ensure proper machine maintenance and coordinate repairs.
- Monitor fabric and accessory usage to minimize wastage.
- Coordinate with cutting, finishing, and quality control departments.

**Skills & Qualifications**:
2-5 years of experience in garment stitching supervision.

Strong knowledge of stitching techniques and machine handling.

Team management and problem-solving skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
