**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Develop creative concepts and ideas that align with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
- Produce high-quality visual assets that effectively communicate key messages and engage the target audience.
- Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve the quality of design work.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience (4+ years) working as a graphic designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency setting.
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premier pro, Canva ).
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative and impactful design work across various platforms and mediums.
- Solid understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and design quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Adaptability and willingness to embrace feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input.

**SKILLS**
- Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Canva, Illustrator).
- Basic Understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies.
- Experience with branding and brand identity development.
- Good Communication

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
