- greet customers at the first point of contact as soon as the customers approach the branch and to provide excellent service to customers
**Key Responsibilities**
- Handling walking customers and guiding them to the correct service
- /cash desk
- Handling and closing quick kill queries.
- Handling inward / outward mails
- Encourage customers to digital channels.
- Ensuring nil audit observations
- Timely clearance of branch cheque drop box within stipulated cut off
- Encourage customer for increase in CASA balances (fresh/float).
- Other activities -a. Handling display / Binder b. Support branch BOSH for branch related activities c. Support in branch up keep. etc.
**Qualifications**
Optimal qualification for success on the job is:
- Graduation/ Post graduation from a recognized institute
- 0-3 years
- experience in the relevant field
**Role Proficiencies**:
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Ability to solution issues and manage complex situations
- Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
- Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
