Customer Care Executive

We are hiring for B2B E-commerce Process.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Understand standard operation procedures & delivers services that is according to the quality
- Assesses customers issues and takes appropriate actions to ensure the customers needs are satisfied.
- Good communication skills of Hindi ,English and Bengali.
- Must have knowledge of Excel and word.

Morning Shift :9:00 am to 6:00 pm Or 10:0 am to 7:00 pm

Freshers are also welcome with good communication skill of Hindi, English and Bengali.
