**POSITION: Associate Designer**

**LOCATION : OffiNeeds Corporate Office**

**JOB PURPOSE/OVERVIEW/SUMMARY**:
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media including print, digital, and social media. This role will require the ability to think creatively and develop design concepts, graphics, and layouts. Success in this position looks like delivering high-quality designs that meet project deadlines and exceed the expectations of our clients. The Graphic Designer plays an important role in ensuring the visual representation of our brand is consistent and effective.

**KEY DELIVERABLES / RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Develop creative concepts and designs for a range of media including print, digital, and social media.

2. Work collaboratively with the Creative Director and other team members to deliver high-quality designs that meet client expectations.

3. Use a variety of design software and tools to create high-quality graphics, layouts, and visual elements.

4. Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting tight deadlines.

5. Work with copywriters to ensure that designs effectively communicate the desired message.

6. Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and software.

**KEY SKILLS REQUIRED**:
A. Technical / Functional:
1. A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative designs and layouts.

2. Experience using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

3. Ability to work with a variety of media including print, digital, and social media.

4. Strong understanding of typography, layout, and composition principles.

5. Familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus.

3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

4. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.

**REQUISITE CANDIDATE PROFILE**:

- Education Qualification/Background:
Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Preferred Industry (or specific exposure):
Experience in a creative agency or related field.
- Relevant Work Experience (years):
3-5 years of experience as a Graphic Designer.
- Age Mix (range):
Not specified.
- Other Remarks:
Experience with motion graphics and video editing software is a plus.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
