Diva Clinic is actively looking for a full-time high-energy, dedicated individual for our Sales representative position located in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh. This role is a patient facing role and serves as the voice and face of the practice. You’ll be a Professional Sales Representative for hair restoration surgery and other products offered by the clinic (don’t worry, we’ll teach you all about hair restoration and other products, and it’s not complicated). If you are the type of person who likes being hands-on, this is a sweet gig.

Qualifications/Requirements:
1. A minimum of 3-5 years of professional sales experience with a proven track record of success

2. A person with BAMS,BHMS, BUMS, BDS, or MBA Degree Will be Preferrred.

2. Prior experience in a skin and hair clinic or the health sector as a sales representative, counselor, or clinic manager preferred but not required 3. Highly articulate, English speaking, well-poised, polished, and congenial

4. Demonstrate computer (excel, word, PowerPoint, etc), CRM, and communication mastery

5. Understand and respond to the needs of the client

Self-starter, accountable, and highly motivated to hit and exceed targets

6. Ability to effectively build rapport and trust with prospective clients

8. Have a positive outlook and a passion for what we do

Job Responsibilities:
1. A complete hair treatment and surgery counselor who can provide consultations to clients for their hair related problems either in person or through phone

2. Handle new leads, call them and follow up with them, and convert them for clinic procedures

3. Able to counsel well and suggest appropriate treatment packages to the clients, to convert them into business

4. Maintain leads records through google excel sheets or CRM software

5. Provide daily reports and updates on leads generated, called, and followed up for conversion

6. Follow up with the patients about the treatments provided and the results

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales representative: 1 year (preferred)
- Clinical counseling: 3 years (preferred)

**Language**:

Ability to Relocate:

- Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh: Relocate before starting work (required)
