**Roles & Responsibilities**
Monitor and support Medical Staff compliance with the By laws and policies of the Company.
Be responsible for review, revision and dissemination of the Bylaws, as was Implement all clinical protocols and processes, especially those that conform to Oversee the activities of Medical Staff Administration, the Monitor risk management activities throughout the Hospital, including patient and medication safety
Serve as the medical liaison with the Medical Insurance Companies and TPAs
Be responsible for Medical Staff compliance with regulatory requirements from external organizations, e.g. NABH,Joint Commission on Accreditation, FDA for Blood Bank and Pharmacy.
Ensure that the Medical Center provides a environment for physicians in their utilization of hospital services;
Drive all Clinical Quality initiatives.
Coordinate appointment, credentialing, privileging, evaluation and assessment of clinical personnel
Drive the ethics committee of the hospital
Co-ordinate the mortality and morbidity review group.
Pay: ₹12,911.12 - ₹70,102.85 per month
