**Job Title**: English Speaking Trainer
**Location**: Chembur East, Mumbai - 40071
**Employment Type**: Full-time, Part-time

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct English speaking training sessions for individuals or groups, focusing on pronunciation, fluency, vocabulary, and grammar.
- Assess learners' language proficiency and customize training programs based on their specific needs and goals.
- Develop engaging lesson plans, activities, and learning materials to make sessions interactive and effective.
- Provide constructive feedback, track progress, and set measurable milestones for learners.
- Help learners build confidence in speaking English through practical conversations and real-life scenarios.
- Stay updated on the latest language teaching methodologies and tools to continually enhance training effectiveness.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Proven experience as an English Trainer, Language Instructor, or similar role.
- Proficiency in English with excellent spoken and written skills.
- Certification in TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with learners of all ages and levels.
- Creativity in designing engaging and interactive lessons.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms if providing virtual training.
- Experience in preparing students for language proficiency tests like IELTS, TOEFL, etc.
- Multilingual skills are a plus but not required.
