**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge teams to oversee the design, fabrication, and finishing of dental prostheses.
- Provide technical guidance and training to dental technicians to enhance skills, improve techniques, and maintain production efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks at every stage of production to ensure clinical accuracy, aesthetics, and functional standards.
- Liaise with international clients to understand requirements, provide technical support, and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist in product development and process improvement to meet evolving dental technology trends.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or production-related challenges in collaboration with the manufacturing team.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company quality protocols.
- Document and maintain detailed records of processes, feedback, and improvements for ongoing quality enhancement.
- Prepare and implement new SOPs for the lab.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- MDS in Prosthodontics
- 1-6 years of relevant experience in a dental lab or clinical prosthodontics
- Strong technical expertise in Removable, Implant, and Crown & Bridge prostheses
- Excellent training, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with international clients professionally and effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM systems and modern dental manufacturing technology is an advantage
