If you are a highly skilled UI Designer who will produce scalable software solutions in the Payments Domain. You’ll be part of a cross-functional team that’s responsible for the full software development life cycle, from conception to deployment.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to define and implement innovative and user-friendly UI designs.
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Develop visually appealing and consistent UI elements, such as navigation menus, buttons, icons, and other components.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest UI design trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure our products remain competitive in the market.
- Conduct user testing and gather feedback to optimize and improve UI designs.
- Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of design specifications.
- Maintain and update design guidelines, style guides, and other documentation related to UI design.

**Who Are We Looking For**

- Deep expertise in any one of design tools such as Axure, Sketch etc
- Strong experience in front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Good knowledge in using Angular framework [14 and above], integration concepts - API design, REST principles
- Strong experience in responsive design, user-centered design principles, best practices, accessibility standards and principles
- Experience in design and create of wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts.
- Experience in developing and maintaining design guidelines, style guides, and design systems to ensure consistency across products.
- Expertise in creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
- Expertise in usability testing methodologies and techniques.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in tools such as Git, Maven, JIRA, confluence etc.
- Product based mindset to software development
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, think creatively with attention to detail
- Ability to make decision, provide direction, manage stakeholders, influence outcome, identify risks/issues, share knowledge, collaborate, create content
- Strong experience with iterative delivery using scrum/Kanban/SAFe

**Nice to have Skills**:

- Understanding of domestic and cross border payments concepts Ex: SEPA and SWIFT
