**JOB DESCRIPTION** About the Team**

The Graphite Payments Transformation Team has its presence across the Globe and is spearheading the strategic Payment initiatives comprising of platform consolidation and new product build out.

**Responsibilities**:

- Business Analyst for defining the business requirements for development and commercialisation of Global and Domestic Payments. Articulate and document process flows including customer interactions, Ops intervention, end to end flows, data handoffs, etc.
- Cover functional and non-functional requirements including but not limited to Product features, Operational requirements, Regulatory and Compliance requirements, UI, Customer reporting, Sanctions, Resiliency and Scalability and the requirements must meet current and future Business and market demands
- Perform impact analysis for business initiatives to determine key business groups that will consequently be required to undergo technical or operational process change
- Lead and participate in discussions relating to E2E Project lifecycle starting with initiation till the overall implementation. Document the Business Requirements required to enable development groups to build target state products, processes and technology
- Conduct gaps/differences analysis as required to determine degree of change emergent from business initiatives. Work with UAT team to determine the testing strategy and ensure thorough testing of all capabilities
- Review and approve target state documentation from functional groups required to conduct process, technical, or service change following the approved Business Requirements
- Tracking the overall progress of an initiative and identify any potential Red flag and collaborating with various stakeholders for resolution of the issues to ensure timely completion of the projects
- Drive Operations readiness to support new product roll out by ensuring documentation of process flows, operational procedures, training, user entitlements, clearly defined roles and responsibilities and establishing escalation matrix
- Anticipate internal and external factors impacting the global payment strategy and implementing plans to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

**Qualification**
- 8+ experience in Banking / Financial services. Strong Payments knowledge and / or prior experience in driving large scale strategic projects is preferred.
- Strong Business Analyst skills with prior Payments experience
- Well versed with Agile methodology and experience in driving projects under the said framework.
- Strong Project management skills & stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strategic thinker with ability to define future state business model and drive execution to that effect.
- Ability to multi-task and manage and deliver competing priorities
- Attention to detail with logical thought process
