AGROCOM, a trusted name in agricultural machinery for tea plantations and gardening, is looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Manager - Sales** to join our team. This role combines technical knowledge in mechanical engineering with strong **field sales** ability.

You will be responsible for selling and servicing machinery to customers across the **tea industry**, **agriculture**, and **gardening sectors**. The role includes direct B2B sales, product demonstrations, and basic servicing.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Handle **direct field sales** to customers in tea estates, farming communities, and landscaping/gardening sectors.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a **salary + commission** model.
- Conduct product demonstrations and explain machine features to clients.
- Attend to customer inquiries and ensure high satisfaction post-purchase.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor products, and customer needs.
- Provide **technical support** related to machinery and petrol/diesel engines.
- Visit client sites for servicing and troubleshooting as required.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or B.Tech in **Mechanical** or **Automobile Engineering**.
- Minimum **2**years of field sales experience* in agro machinery, industrial tools, or related equipment.
- Good understanding of mechanical systems, especially **petrol/diesel engines**.
- Strong communication skills - must be fluent in **English, Hindi, and Bengali**.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with basic MS Office tools.
- Persuasive, self-driven, and target-oriented.
- Willing to travel for client visits and service calls.
