We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced **Physical Design Trainer** for a **5-day hands-on workshop** focused on the **Semi-Custom RTL to GDSII Flow**. The training is to be delivered **on-site** at **Shiv Nadar University, Noida**, and aims to equip engineering students with industry-relevant VLSI backend design skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct interactive sessions on physical design concepts including Floorplanning, Placement, Clock Tree Synthesis, Routing, and DRC/LVS checks.
- Demonstrate tool flows using industry-standard EDA tools (Cadence Innovus, Synopsys ICC2, etc.).
- Provide practical lab sessions with hands-on examples.
- Prepare course material, exercises, and assessments.
- Address student queries and guide mini-projects during the workshop.
- Submit a brief training report post-workshop.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in VLSI Physical Design.
- Strong understanding of digital design and semi-custom ASIC flow.
- Prior experience using EDA tools (Cadence/Synopsys/Mentor).
- Excellent communication and teaching skills.
- Prior training or teaching experience is a plus.
