Role : Early years facilitator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Planning and Implementation**:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the developmental needs of pre-primary students (typically ages 3-6).
- Incorporate play-based learning, hands-on activities, and interactive teaching methods.
- Use various teaching strategies to promote critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.
- Ensure alignment with school curriculum standards (e.g., Montessori, playway method, CBSE, IGCSE).
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a nurturing and safe classroom environment where children feel secure and respected.
- Manage classroom behavior using positive reinforcement and gentle guidance.
- Foster a cooperative and inclusive learning space.
- **Student Development**:

- Assess students' academic, social, and emotional growth, and provide feedback to parents and administrators.
- Work with children individually or in small groups to address specific developmental needs.
- Foster self-esteem and confidence in young learners.
- **Parent Communication**:

- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding their child’s progress, milestones, and any concerns.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and school events.
- **Classroom Environment**:

- Create and maintain a clean, organized, and visually engaging classroom.
- Utilize teaching aids, visual tools, and technology to enhance the learning experience.
- Ensure materials and resources are available and appropriate for children's needs.
- **Professional Development**:

- Stay updated with the latest educational practices and trends in early childhood education.
- Participate in school-provided professional development opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with fellow teachers and staff to create a supportive educational environment.
- **Administrative Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of students’ progress, attendance, and any incidents.
- Prepare and distribute progress reports, newsletters, and other communication.

That knowledge and understanding of google drive, google docs, zoom, google meet is must.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift
