**Job description**

Ascensive Educare Limited, a BSE Listed and NSDC Partner Company, is looking for a highly motivated, commercially-driven and experienced Industry Connect for Placement Coordinator Job Role.

**Roles and Responsibilities**

v Building strong networks with Corporates, Talent Acquisition, HR Managers etc.

v Curating job opportunities

v Managing placement coordination

v Managing pre-placement activities

v Recording and managing the database

v Resume Screening

v Aligning interviews

v Interview Coordination with Students as well as Hiring Managers

v Connecting students for feedback and queries

**Qualifications and Skills Required**:
v Graduate/Post Graduate with minimum 1-2 years of experience working in the placement domain in skill development/vocational education sector.

v Good Knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point and Google Sheet.

v Good presentation skills

v Having good industry connections

v Excellent Analytical Skills and Probing Skills

v Excellent Hindi & English Communication Skills

v Willing to Travel Pan India
