**Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Coordination**:Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to understand project requirements and expectations.
Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
Coordinate with subcontractors and other trades involved in the project.

**Installation and Maintenance**:Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in accordance with project specifications.
Ensure all work is completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with relevant codes and regulations.
Conduct inspections and testing of electrical systems to identify and resolve issues.

**Team Leadership**:Lead and supervise a team of electricians, providing guidance and support.
Schedule and assign tasks to team members, ensuring optimal utilization of skills and resources.
Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure adherence to safety protocols.

**Quality Assurance**:Monitor and assess the quality of work performed by the team, ensuring it meets industry standards and client expectations.
Implement and maintain quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle.

**Budget Management**:Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses, reviewing invoices, and making cost-effective decisions.
Identify potential cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to stay within budget constraints.

**Client Communication**:Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
Provide regular project updates to clients, stakeholders, and management.

**Problem Solving**:Identify and resolve issues that may arise during the course of a project, taking prompt and effective action to maintain project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Electrical Contractor or similar role.
- Electrical Contractor's license is required.
- In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Familiarity with electrical design software and project management tools.
- Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Education and Certification:

- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Valid Electrical Contractor's license.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
