**Position**: Sales Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, cold calling, and networking.
- **Client Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
- **Sales Presentations**: Conduct product and service presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of our digital marketing services.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
- **Reporting**: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and provide regular updates to the sales manager.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital marketing or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

**Compensation & Benefits**:

- **Base Salary**: Starting at INR 10,000/- per month, with opportunities for growth based on performance.
