Hiring Designation: - Jr. Recruiter.

Job Location: - Gurugram (Sohna - Gurgaon Rd) - Work from Office.

Experience: - 1 - 4 years in in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).

Notice Period: Immediate or less than 30 days will be Preferred.

Job Key Skills & Competencies (mandatory):
- 1-4 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).
Strong sourcing and screening skills across various channels.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Willingness to work from office.

Job Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across multiple industries.
Understanding client requirements and creating effective job descriptions.
Sourcing profiles through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.

Pay: ₹9,321.25 - ₹24,174.49 per month

**Experience**:

- Non-IT recruitment (mandatory).: 1 year (required)
- Jr. HR Recruitment: 1 year (required)
