**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide direct nursing care to critically ill patients, including those on ventilators or with life-threatening conditions.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Operate and monitor advanced medical equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, and monitors.
- Assist in procedures and emergency interventions such as resuscitation (CPR, ACLS).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and charts.
- Collaborate with ICU physicians and the multidisciplinary team to develop care plans.
- Follow infection control protocols and ensure a sterile, safe environment.
- Provide emotional support and information to patients and their families.
- Ensure strict adherence to ICU protocols and hospital policies.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- GNM / B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution.
- Valid nursing license/registration (e.g., State Nursing Council).
- Certification in **ICU Nursing / Critical Care Nursing** preferred.
- Minimum 1-3 years of ICU experience (Freshers with ICU training can also apply).
- Certification in **BLS (Basic Life Support)** and **ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)** is mandatory.
- Strong clinical, decision-making, and critical-thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and patient care skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and in rotational shifts.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
- Knowledge of ICU-specific medications and emergency drugs.
- Training in ventilator management and dialysis procedures (if applicable).

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
