**Compliance & Standards**:

- Ensure products and services comply with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to maintain certifications such as ISO 9001, and other applicable quality standards.
- **Root Cause Analysis & Corrective Actions**:

- Investigate quality issues and defects, performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective actions as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve quality issues quickly and effectively.
- **Training & Support**:

- Assist in training staff and production teams on quality standards and best practices.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments in understanding and adhering to quality requirements.
- **Customer Feedback**:

- Handle customer complaints related to product quality and collaborate with relevant departments to resolve issues.
- Analyze customer feedback and work on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Day shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Roorkee, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
