**Administrative Support**: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
**Document Handling**: Prepare reports, presentations, and business documents while maintaining accurate records.
**Office Coordination**: Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations by liaising with different departments.
**Data Management**: Organize and maintain confidential files, contracts, and business records.
**Vendor & Client Relations**: Assist in communication with suppliers, vendors, and key clients.
**Task Prioritization**: Manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely completion of assignments.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines efficiently.
Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills.
Strong confidentiality and discretion handling sensitive information.
**Preferred Experience**:
2+ years of experience as an **Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or Office Administrator** in a corporate setting.
Prior experience in **Plywood, Trading, Manufacturing, or similar industries** is a plus.
