**Job Summary**:
The Social Media Marketer will be responsible for creating, managing, and analyzing content for our healthcare and fitness social media channels. This individual will work closely with our team to design campaigns that educate, inspire, and engage our audience while promoting our services in a compliant and compassionate manner.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Content Creation**: Develop, curate, and schedule high-quality content (graphics, videos, and written posts) to promote services, highlight patient stories, share fitness tips, and inform the community about healthcare topics.
- **Campaign Management**: Create and execute social media campaigns that align with our brand goals and target audience, leveraging insights from market trends and competitor analysis.
- **Engagement & Community Management**: Foster positive interactions by responding to comments, answering questions, and engaging with our audience in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Track and analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics to assess engagement, reach, and ROI. Provide regular reports to adjust strategies for optimal performance.
- **Compliance**: Ensure all content meets healthcare advertising regulations and guidelines for ethical promotion, patient privacy, and transparency.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated with social media trends, healthcare news, and fitness-related innovations to create relevant and timely content.
- **Collaboration**: Work with the fitness team, healthcare professionals, and external vendors to gather content ideas, success stories, and professional insights to enhance social media engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 2+ years in social media marketing, preferably in healthcare, fitness, or wellness sectors.
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- **Skills**: Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube), with a strong understanding of best practices for each.
- **Creativity**: Strong content creation and storytelling skills, with an eye for design and ability to create visually appealing posts.
- **Analytical Abilities**: Comfortable with social media analytics, able to interpret data, and adjust strategies based on insights.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively and compassionately, especially when handling sensitive healthcare topics.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
