**Education**:

- Any Under Graduate & Graduate.

Min 1Year in Hotel Industry in Banquet Department as Associate or Executive.

Must have indepth know how of Banquet menus,pricing and sales

Skillset Required:

- Works with the Manager in the preparation and management of the Department’s budget
- Manage day-to-day sales activities, plan and assign work, and establish performance and development goals for all events team members
- Confirm event-related information with the client
- Minimum of 1 years of operational working experience in a hotel
- Able to multi-task and work with deadlines under high pressure
- Have immaculate personal presentation grooming and conversational ability

Profile Brief:

- Demonstrates knowledge of venue, Tao Group Hospitality, its partners and supporting hotel environments
- Processes banquet checks and related documents in accordance with established accounting policies and procedures to include recording events on the POS system
- Maintains professional appearance standards as directed in the Tao Group Hospitality Employee Handbook
- Possesses in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage menus
- Knowledge of all Fire Marshal requirements
- Manages all functions of the Conference and Banquet operations to achieve the optimum departmental revenue targets
- Analyses historical and other statistical information
- Maintain regular contact with ICHG regional hotels and reservation networks
- Responsible for achieving the budget goal for Banqueting and catering for the hotel, targets on assigned corporate accounts
- Prepare detailed orientation programs for new C&B staff, guidance to the C&B Team

Ms Office Proficiency

Accounting Software.

Languages:

- English, Hindi & Marathi.
