**Preschool Teacher Job Roles**

1. **Creating a Safe & Nurturing Environment**
- Ensure children are always in a safe, clean, and hygienic space.
- Maintain a warm and caring atmosphere where children feel secure and valued.

2. **Lesson Planning & Curriculum Execution**
- Plan engaging, age-appropriate lessons that support early childhood development.
- Follow the prescribed curriculum while integrating creativity and innovation in teaching.

3. **Promoting Holistic Development**
- Encourage development in all areas - cognitive, emotional, social, physical, and language skills.
- Conduct fun, interactive activities like storytelling, music, dance, art, and role-play.

4. **Classroom Management**
- Maintain discipline with love and care.
- Guide children in routines like eating, toileting, and personal hygiene.

5. **Observation & Progress Tracking**
- Monitor each child's development and behavior.
- Maintain records and prepare progress reports to share with parents.

6. **Parent Communication**
- Communicate regularly with parents through meetings, diaries, or digital apps.
- Address concerns with empathy and provide suggestions for at-home development.

7. **Event & Celebration Participation**
- Take active part in planning and executing school events, festivals, and celebrations.
- Prepare children for stage performances and group activities.

8. **Team Collaboration**
- Work cooperatively with co-teachers, assistants, and the school administration.
- Attend training sessions and meetings for professional growth.

9. **Instilling Values & Good Habits**
- Teach basic manners, sharing, respect, and responsibility.
- Encourage positive behavior and social interactions among peers.

10. **Adapting to Individual Needs**
- Identify and support children with special learning or behavioral needs.
- Provide extra help or activities tailored to different learning paces.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹7,500.00 - ₹8,500.00 per month

Expected hours: 48 - 50 per week
