Certifications such as Certified Scrum Product

Owner (CSPO) or SAFE PO.

A strong user-centric approach to product

development.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or in a

similar role within product management.

Strong understanding in the payments domain or

related financial services industry.

Strong analytical and problem-solving

capabilities.

Ability to translate business needs into clear

product features and requirements,

Proficiency in agile development methodologies

and experience working with cross-functional

teams.

Excellent written and Verbal communication

Skills.

Experience and good understanding of the code, able to debug independently.

Experience facilitating discussions for groups of individuals from all levels of the

organization, in person or over the phone

Experience supporting high-volume transaction processing systems supporting

the operational workflows of businesspartners expected.

Understanding of object oriented development.

Agile / Scrum experience.

Stability, Team Player, GoodCommunication skills.

Experience in BPM domain.

Experience in TS2 or TS1 based products.

Requirements and process modeling experience using UML and BPMN
