As a **Digital Marketing Executive**, you will play a crucial role in leading integrated digital marketing campaigns from ideation to execution. You should have a strong understanding of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns are launched on time and on budget.

**Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain a strong social media presence across multiple channels.
- Analyze and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions to optimize spend and performance.
- Continuously identify trends and insights, and develop new strategies for growth.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate experiments to drive conversions and optimize user funnels.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create and optimize landing pages to improve user experience.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and provide thought leadership for adoption where appropriate.
- Collaborate with agencies and vendors to ensure campaigns are executed successfully.

**Requirements**:

- Proven working experience in digital marketing.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Strong understanding of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) and ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas).
- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹37,000.00 per month
