2 Should be able to understand Production Drawings, processes, specifications of complex defence products and give related instructions to work man.

3 Responsible for making various system entries for Inspection, Maintenance, Transportation etc. which a sound knowledge of system.

4 Ensure production according to Drawing, procedures etc

5 Should be able to maintain discipline among workmen and meet target as per Concerto in the shift

6 Able to work in all the three shifts by rotation and should be able to lead the team working along.

7 Should have exposure to fabrication & welding processes, cutting, bending, raw material processes.

8 Leadership skills

9 Able to work with people, should have good communication skills
- written & verbal.

10 Confident & Self initiator
