**Your Role and Responsibilities**

Operational support escalation

Reviewing of system log files, trend analysis, configuration, incident and problem management processes.

Recommends and works with the Solution and Enterprise Architect on system or architectural changes when needed to improve performance, high availability, scalability, or propose new technologies.

Ensures architectural consistency and provides technical direction through roadmap process, knowledge management, disaster recovery plan development and testing.

Creating all the necessary documentation for any changes in the environment or new technology deployments as reference architecture for the global operation team.

Strong Knowledge in Citrix ADC (VPX, MPX & SDX)

Windows Servers (2008 R2, 2012 R2, 2016)

Active Directory Domain Services

Strong networking knowledge with understanding of all levels of the OSI stack

Citrix Technologies (Citrix Policies, Citrix Gateway, StoreFront, Workspace and Director)

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**
- Strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal).
- Citrix 7.x setup & patch installation steps.
- Administer on-call and after-hours technical support during scheduled outages and unscheduled emergency situations.
- Collaborate with various managers and other IT personnel to improve existing processes, increase automation and meet business goals.
- Creating and maintaining custom scripts to increase system efficiency and minimize downtime due to required human intervention.
- Liaison for design efforts within business or architecture teams to convey best practices, business alignment and requirements for supporting infrastructure.
- Working tickets and requests from start to finish with a high level of customer service and communication.
- Responsible for Citrix administration and support using Citrix Studio, Director, and PVS
- Perform administration tasks including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, systems configuration, research log events and resource monitoring.

**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
- VMWare experience/knowledge.
- Experience in architecture and establishing Citrix environment with high availability
- Administration Of citrix xen app
- Configure Citrix Server Policy,load managmnet & Printers in the Farm

**Required Education**

Bachelor's Degree

**Preferred Education**

Master's Degree
