**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, stairwells, restrooms, and other common areas on the assigned floor.
- Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Ensure garbage bins are emptied regularly and waste is properly disposed of.
- Conduct regular inspections of the floor to identify any maintenance or safety issues.
- Report repair needs (e.g., leaks, faulty lighting, broken fixtures) to the building supervisor or maintenance team.
- Assist in minor repairs as required (changing bulbs, tightening fittings, etc.).
- Coordinate with security and other staff to ensure safe and efficient floor operations.
- Monitor stock of cleaning supplies and request replenishments when needed.
- Support special cleaning or event setup tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Caretaker, facility maintenance, or a similar role preferred.
- Basic understanding of building systems (lighting, plumbing, etc.).
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks.
- Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
