**Position Summary**

In this role, you will validate AI-generated responses related to product specifications, supplier risk assessments, and procurement processes. You’ll ensure the accuracy, clarity, and compliance of these responses with industry standards. Additionally, you will collaborate with our AI development team, providing feedback and contributing training data to improve the model’s overall performance and relevance.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1.** **Questionnaire Analysis**
- Review and interpret manufacturing-related questionnaires, including product specifications, supplier risk assessments, and procurement queries.
- Understand the underlying requirements, context, and objectives of each question.

**2. AI Response Evaluation**
- Assess AI-generated answers for completeness, correctness, and alignment with manufacturing and procurement best practices.
- Identify areas of improvement, errors, or gaps in compliance with client or industry standards.

**3.** **AI Model Training & Feedback**
- Provide structured feedback to the AI team regarding observed response patterns and inaccuracies.
- Assist in refining or creating training data that reflects real-world manufacturing scenarios and requirements.
- Track AI improvements over time and recommend iterative changes to maintain high-quality results.

**4.** **Quality Assurance & Reporting**
- Maintain clear records of validated responses and the rationale for corrections or updates.
- Prepare periodic reports on AI performance, highlighting insights, trends, and best practices for continuous improvement.
- Ensure that response guidelines comply with regulatory requirements and manufacturing industry norms.

**5.** **Collaboration**
- Work closely with software developers, product managers, and data scientists to align AI functionalities with customer needs.
- Stay updated on manufacturing trends, procurement processes, and supplier risk mitigation techniques to ensure AI relevance.
- Communicate feedback effectively and share knowledge with internal teams and stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Skills**

- Basic understanding of AI concepts, machine learning, or chatbot frameworks is highly desirable.
